Hey. I have one. I don't think there is any tweaking you can do with the controller . I've found some games let you remap buttons. But I think it's game specific, nothing to do with the controller!

Hi all,

I have the nimbus. No issues thus far on iPhone 7 plus running ios 10.01. Will try out ipad mini 4 over the weekend and see how that holds up!

I had the speedy, swapped it for the nimbus. SO MUCH BETTER!! I got a clip to attach to it so now it holds my iPhone 7 plus and my ipad mini 4. I'd say get the nimbus without a doubt. See my earlier post for pictures!

So want to buy Titan Quest, but no MFI, is a real turn off!

Hey,

Was easy luckily, just stated drilling a pretty small dril hole, then just slowly drilled a bigger hole and smoothed it off at the end. Initially I put it on the controller and marked where the hole should be, you will see when it's on the controller that that is quite easy. I thought the plastic may crack, but it was fine by starting small. Best thing is I find I use my iPad mini 4 far far more with it than my iPhone, even on the bus. It's great!!

Was easy to do and now the menu button is fully usable. Thanks Kevin for the initial tip, just about to sell my PXN Speedy, great controller, but this is so much better. Also been playing with my iPad Mini 4 with the grip, works really well, not to heavy. I LOVE IT!!

Older ones, but I'd love bug heroes and bug heroes 2 to get it. Not a chance for the first one, but maybe number 2??

Is really recommend xenowerk as well, both game's  you mentioned are great with controllers. Have not had mine too long and been playing a lot of xenowerk, great action, looks great, sounds great and controller really enhances it!!

Was thinking about getting one as I also have a mini 4, went for a PXN Speedy in the end as its great for my iPhone as well. IPad mini is a great gaming device. Shame it never got the a9 chip though!!

#28 Re: iOS Games » Pixelbite Games Not Working » Mar 22 7:13 PM

I know you said in your review of the speedy that firmware could be an issue from an unknown player. Do you actually have any coms with PXN in regards to this? Do firmwares generally get updated that often?

Good news guys. Pixelbite got back to me with a handy tip that worked! Connect the controller after the game has loaded! Pleased to say it works!!

Hopefully the developers can do something about it, got a few pixelbite games and want to play them with the controller as I believe it will add a lot to the experience !
