What is your experience with Orly transfers when your plane delayed?

The thing is that due to difficult weather conditions we couldn't land for about an hour at Orly. When the plane landed, I tried to contact the driver, but it turned out that I was charged a penalty in the form of a double cab fare through no fault of my own. Is this really normal practice for booking a cab in France? What is your experience with Orly transfers when your plane delayed?

Did you contact customer service and explain the reason? You had no right to be fined for force majeure, it could happen to anyone. I also flew once to Orly airport, booked a car on GetTransfer https://gettransfer.com/en/directions/f … ports/orly to the hotel in Paris and we arrived 40 minutes late, also could not land because of strong wind. Another driver waited for me near the terminal with a sign and apologized for the inconvenience as my driver had to go to another job. There were no fines, I received an additional message from the service apologizing and reached my destination comfortably.
