Follow these steps to the check  Instagram impression
Switch to a professional account: If you haven't already, switch your account to a Creator or Business account. This will give you access to Instagram Insights.
Go to Insights: Tap on the three lines in the top right corner of your profile, then tap on "Insights."
View impressions: You can see your overall impressions for the past 7 days or 30 days by tapping on "Accounts Reached." You can also see impressions for individual posts by tapping on the post and then tapping on "Insights."
