eld.gg Diablo 4 Items: Movement Speed and Cooldown Reduction

You need to Diablo 4 Items (and why):

To make this build shine, you'll need:

Armor with Movement Speed and Cooldown Reduction
Weapons with Critical Strike Damage, Strength, and GA multipliers
Jewelry with Fury on Hit, Resource Cost Reduction, and Max Fury
Legendary Aspects that benefit mobility and AoE spam

Most importantly, you need Diablo 4 Items with Greater Affixes. That's where the real damage multipliers are hiding.

What Are Greater Affixes (GA)?

Greater Affixes are enhanced versions of regular stats on legendary gear.

Here's why they matter:

Regular gear caps out around item power 750.
GA items boost that cap toward 800+.
Each GA makes a stat roll higher and sharper - giving you more damage, survivability, or speed.

GA items are the foundation of elite-level builds in Season 9.

Where to Get GA Items:

Here's where the GA goldmine lies:

1. Whispers Tree (WT4)

Cache yield: 7-13 legendaries per cache
GA chance: 1-2 items occasionally

2. Seasonal Caches
