Reliable Controller for an Ipad 3

I want to be able to play Dead Trigger , Dead Trigger 2 and Dead Effect and Dead Effect 2 and Shadow Warrior.

From what I understand, your device has to have a Lightning port to work with MFi controllers. The iPad 3, unfortunately, does not have one, and so is not compatible with them. Your best bet would be to Jailbreak it and use something like Controllers For All.

Yeah, the iPad 3 and iPhone 4S are out of luck, even though similarly-equipped devices with Lightning ports work fine
