This is the case given that when a person becomes vulnerable and shares about their suffering, the affected parties are comforted. This help can remove the load of sorrow making it lesser a burden to bear when people share the same experience of feeling sad. This TV show makes me understand that people do not have to go through tough times alone and that everyone’s support can be therapeutic.
