Hey Guys,

Thought this may be useful, makes a great idea even better, see pics below:

Was easy to do and now the menu button is fully usable. Thanks Kevin for the initial tip, just about to sell my PXN Speedy, great controller, but this is so much better. Also been playing with my iPad Mini 4 with the grip, works really well, not to heavy. I LOVE IT!!

That's probably the best controller you can get for iPhone, right there. I'm going to have to mod mine further 😉

Using same setup but find more concern in accessing the on/off button. Is it ok to leave it on? Suppose to have auto-off function.

I don't think I've ever remembered to turn any of my MFi controllers off - don't worry about it, they'll go to sleep 😜

That looks great! How did you make the hole? I've got a Nyko clip on its way to me from the US, so I'd rather not accidentally ruin it, since they don't seem to be sold here in the UK.

Hey,

Was easy luckily, just stated drilling a pretty small dril hole, then just slowly drilled a bigger hole and smoothed it off at the end. Initially I put it on the controller and marked where the hole should be, you will see when it's on the controller that that is quite easy. I thought the plastic may crack, but it was fine by starting small. Best thing is I find I use my iPad mini 4 far far more with it than my iPhone, even on the bus. It's great!!
