N.O.V.A 3 Freedom edition

Apparently the free version of N.O.V.A 3 has Controller support. Could somebody check it out
If it doesn't; is it worth getting the Duo controller for $8? I know it's really bad, but at that price and since it works with N.O.V.A 3, maybe i should get it...

I am fairly certain it only works with the Duo. I have considered picking up a Duo for this game alone. It is the best shooter on iOS.

so my steelseries nimbus or any other MFI gamepad won't work with both the free and paid version of this game? That's messed up.

I wonder if there is any interest in a pass along chain for the duo game pad?

I have one just sitting in a drawer that I used for nova 3, and one of the modern combat games.
