You have to realize that in companies like this, they are not going to take you as a client because, in essence, you need them more than they need you. You may have just fallen in love with a specialist with whom you had a misunderstanding. I had the opposite situation with Visioforge - I was also looking for an SDK, but got confused by the extended subscriptions and didn't understand what I needed. I wrote to their support team, they asked a bunch of clarifying questions, and only after identifying my need did they offer me an average package, not even a premium one. So yes, I had a positive experience and was very pleased that they did not sell me a more expensive product, but offered me an option based on my request.
