Here are a few setups that work well for me:

???? Lightweight Build (Fast Transitions)

Car: AE86
Suspension: Soft front, stiff rear
Tire Pressure: Low for more grip
Engine Swap: 4A-GE Turbo
???? Power Drifter (Big Angle)

Car: Nissan S13
Suspension: Medium stiffness all around
Tire Pressure: Medium
Engine Swap: 2JZ with max tuning
