Auto Parts Customer Service

Feedback is important to me when buying any product. If something breaks, I want to be sure that I can call the manager and discuss with him the further plan of action. Have you used customer support when buying parts?

Personally, I take the easy way out - if something breaks, I go straight to the service center and show my warranty card. However, not all parts stores offer them and only refer to the 14-day return policy if the item is not broken. I used T1A Auto customer service when I needed to pick up an interior handle for my Dodge - since I had the flu at the time, I didn't want to put the store staff at risk and decided to order home delivery. I was advised and offered several options with the same functionality, I immediately placed an order and my part arrived in 2 days. I am glad that I can now close the driver's side door with ease.
