Quick question—has anyone here been using Y2Mate to convert YouTube videos to MP3? I’ve been testing it out lately from Y2mate mp3 download, and I have to say, it's been super convenient. No software to download, works on my phone and laptop, and gets the job done in just a few clicks.

I’ve mostly used it to save music playlists and some long podcasts so I can listen offline while commuting. The site seems fast and reliable, but I’m a bit cautious about safety. There are a few pop-up ads and fake-looking buttons, so I’ve been using an ad blocker to avoid accidentally clicking the wrong thing.

So, I figured I’d ask the community:
Is Y2Mate safe to use in the long run? Any experiences with viruses or weird behavior from the site?
And do you guys know any other free tools that don’t require account sign-ups or software?

Let’s share what works and what doesn’t. With so many downloaders out there, it’s hard to know which ones are actually safe and not full of spam.
