I’m working on content analysis and came across a download comments tool for Instagram. It looks promising, especially for gathering feedback on posts and running sentiment checks. Has anyone here used this feature?

I’d love to know if it pulls all comments accurately, including replies and likes. Also, does it export them in a usable format like CSV or text? Any tips or experiences would be really valuable for research and marketing purposes.
