I would like to recommend the platforming adventure game Tallowmere to be included in your top MFI game list.
Yes, I think it is a crowded genre, with so many "rogue-like" dungeon crawlers added all the time, but this game stands apart. It is crisp, in both looks and gameplay, with a comforting retro feel. The MFI controls work flawlessly, and the menu/shortcut interface is great. I feel that the developer really nailed the physics, weaponry and the level of challenge, particulary in the variety of enemies.
