#1 Re: MFi Controllers » iPad not working with Moga Rebel » Apr 16 8:16 AM
Techrader noted in their review of the Moga Rebel that there are issues with pairing. You may want to return it (if a recent purchase), or contact Moga's technical support (not sure if you'll get a response, but it's worth a shot).
#2 Re: iOS Games » Good Controller Compatible Racing Games » Apr 16 8:08 AM
I think you're SOL on this front. Maybe it's because I'm not a big fan of racing games, but from my experience Asphalt 8 is probably the best MFi street racing game right now. From my limited playing of it (around 10 hours, I think), I found that it was more about track memorization than the quality of your vehicle (if you knew the right shortcuts, it's impossible to lose). I'd check this site's racing game list for other games to try.

It was mentioned on the board when the update occured, but I assumed Kevin was just busy and forgot to add it.
#4 Re: MFi Controllers » Can I use Bluetooth headphone together with a controller ? » Jan 22 9:31 AM
Apple says you can have upto 7 Bluetooth devices connected simultaneously (depending on the device's profiles). There is no reason you shouldn't be able to connect a game controller and your wireless headphones.

How do I modify this to hold an iPhone 7+?

It apparently requires a MFi controller.

My wife has stolen my Steelseries Nimbus for her iPad (she plays a ton of Minecraft PE), and I'm eyeing a replacement to use with my iPhone 7+. I could get another Nimbus, but I'm kinda looking at the Gamevice for iPhone instead (since the Nimbus has no iPhone grip that doesn't cost the same amount as the controller). I'm a tad hesitant on Speedy (with the Bluetooth issues only recently being resolved), but that's my next choice. Have there been any software updates to fix the issues with the headphone jack?

Thank you.
#9 Re: MFi Controllers » Mfi dropping after ios10 update. Anyone else? » Dec 07 8:57 AM
Unless your iPad 2 is jailbroken, no MFi controller will work. Only devices that use a lightning connector are compatible.

Why won't your macOS start up (if you don't mind my asking)?
I am in the beta program. i believe a beta of macos sierra screwed up the mac parition. it intermittently recognizes the keyboard. when trying to reset my password to login it recognizes it then asks me to login to apple's servers but when i do it says it has a server error. this happens with both wifi and ethernet.
Wired keyboard?

#12 Re: MFi Controllers » Keychain MFI Gamepads? » Today 7:41 AM
Kevin would have the definitive answer for this, but the smallest controller I'm aware of is the Moga Ace Power (which I could easily fit in my pockets). However, the thing is no longer supported and may not work on your specific device (it only worked on the iPhone 5/5c/5s and iPod Touch 5th Generation). You're better off getting a good pair of shorts or pants with cargo pockets.

Hi Kevin,
I was trying to update my forum profile's time zone from Eastern to Pacific (because I moved a couple of months ago, and I'm only now getting around to update it), and now it's stuck on Western Europe/Greenwich. I've tried on both my iPhone and my Windows 10 laptop with the same result.

I had to double check the list, but both PPSSPP and iNDS support MFi controllers. PPSSPP's support is pretty complete. iNDS support could use some work, but more than does the job (Menu button doesn't work, and the start & select buttons aren't mapped to the controller but a workaround is in place).
