I saw this article on Reddit.

It looks like the end of the road for the CTRLi line of controllers, which is a shame for those of us who want the staggered xbox control stock layout for our MFI controllers vs the online PlayStation stock configuration.
To my knowledge only the PXN controller is still available with the Xbox stick configuration. ????
It should work now. I don't own one myself, but I do remember something about a firmware update being issued for some of their controllers due to some issues. Here is a link to try and update the controller:
It looks like that link will take you to a page for firmware updates for both the normal Stratus & Stratus XL (Different links depending on the version, and if you use macOS or Windows.

Information is stolen from toucharcade, but there is now a firmware fix for these controllers needed to be installed for iOS 10 compatibility.

I have another issue with modern combat 5 on the Apple TV. It always says I need to update to the latest version, but it is on the most current version available. The game is unplayable because of that. Is your app actually working?
I had some "zoomed" apps on the Apple TV, I had to adjust my tv screen from 16x 9 setting to just zoom (on the tv itself, not the Apple TV.)
My apps were being zoomed a minor amount however, not like in your case.

Stratus XL is currently NOT working on iOS 10.2. Just got one and it wasn't able to be detected by my iPad Air 2. It WAS however being detected by my Windows 10 Desktop via USB Dongle and by my chromebook, as a gaming device.
I will ask an admittedly stupid question. There are two versions of the stratus XL, one that is a mfi controller for iOS, and another version that is for android/windows. Are you sure you have the iOS version?
iOS version: https://steelseries.com/gaming-controll … xl-for-ios
Windows version: https://steelseries.com/gaming-controll … nd-android
Looking at the pictures, the windows version has two arrow buttons in the center, vs the iOS version.

Dead trigger 1 does not support mfi controllers. The controller allowing movement is a long standing unfixed bug. (Dead trigger 2 does support mfi controllers however.)
I thought shadowgun did have full controller support, but I have not played it in quite a while and may be rembering wrong.
New version to try iOS 10.1.1
